27/07/2005 Flexcomm and Novatec Signed Agreement

Shanghai, July 27th 2005, Flexcomm Technology, China announces a technology agreement and product line partnership with Novatec Corporation, Japan for cross selling products developed by both companies in their respective markets. The MoU agreement was signed in Tokyo, Japan on June 22, 2005 by LL Cheok, President of Flexcomm Technology, and Mr. Ichiro Saji, President and CEO of Novatec.
Under the agreement, Novatec will have the sole distribution rights of Intel IXP based hardware and software solutions developed by Flexcomm for the Japan markets, and Flexcomm will have the same rights to distribute solutions developed by Novatec for the China markets.
"This MoU agreement with Novatec signifies the formation of strategic partnership to mutually grow our presence and to deliver the right solutions to our customers in the fastest growing markets. The MoU agreement enables both Flexcomm and Novatec to collaborate, develop and deliver shorter time to market and cost effective solutions to customers, focusing on Networking, Multimedia, and Digital Home markets based on Intel IXP Network Processors and Xscale technology.
