The IXP435 is the new next-generation processor of Intel offering significant integration family, it’s superior than Intel® IXP425 in functionality and performance. NTNP435C board which is based on IXP435 provides a quick and strong evaluation environment for Intel® IXP435 based application development. Also, this board is designed to be embedded into customers' products as a high performance network processing module.
The platform is well suited for applications such as wireless access points, routers, network appliances, and general-purpose embedded computing. It is fully RoHS compliant and is in full production. Linux support is being supplied by Timesys.
The NTNP435C board is also available in production volumes as a low-cost CPU module for a wide range of communications, networking, wireless, and embedded control applications.
